Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for enterprise-wide observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces, insights)
Lead the Infrastructure Monitoring product team, delivering scalable and resilient observability capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments
Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to design and implement modern observability tooling and workflows
Establish KPIs and use analytics to measure product performance, service reliability, and business value
Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, writing and grooming user stories with engineering teams
Engage and influence stakeholders—including senior leadership—to align product strategy with organizational objectives
Mentor early career product managers and optimize Agile product ceremonies for efficiency
Manage vendor relationships to ensure product goals, value delivery, and aligned roadmap outcomes
Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external partners

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product Management roles (e.g., Product Manager, Technical Product Manager) within a largescale enterprise or technology organisation
Minimum 2 years delivering products in Observability, Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure operations, or platform engineering domains
Direct experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap creation, backlog prioritisation, and Agile delivery
Proven ability to work with and deliver outcomes using observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Netcool, ThousandEyes, SevOne, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, and senior stakeholders to deliver technical products with measurable impact
Experience with budget and Resource Management with regards to vendor relationships
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
