Role Overview
- Managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders
- Proactively communicating order status via phone and email
- Prioritizing and completing work in order from high priority to low priority
- Helping improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
Requirements
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Results oriented and service minded
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
