About this role
Role Overview
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.
Lead end-to-end hiring processes for selected roles while delivering a strong and high-quality candidate experience.
Design and execute employer branding strategies that reflect our culture, values, and ambitions.
Produce engaging and impactful content for our careers page, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Organize events, partnerships, and internal initiatives to strengthen team culture and increase our visibility in tech and design communities.
Build strong relationships with universities and student organizations to grow our early talent pipeline.
Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and deliver the right talent and P&C solutions.
Contribute to performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, and development initiatives.
Track trends, analyze data, and continuously improve recruitment, employer branding, and employee experience practices.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, recruitment, or employer branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English (C1+), with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
Hands-on experience managing recruitment pipelines; familiarity with ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).
Passionate about employer branding, content creation, and building engaging communities.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Ability to align P&C initiatives with company goals and work effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
