About this role
Role Overview
Content Moderation (Primary Focus)
Review & Approval: Manually review incoming user reviews to ensure they meet our quality standards before publication.
Plagiarism & Duplication Checks: Investigate submissions to ensure content is original.
Quality Control: Screen reviews for spam, profanity, hate speech, or content that violates our community standards.
Guideline Enforcement: Apply our posting guidelines strictly but fairly to ensure all live content is relevant and helpful
Assist the support team during quieter moderation periods
Respond to basic user inquiries via email regarding account issues or moderation decisions
Categorize and tag user feedback to help us improve our services.
Requirements
Excellent Written Communication: You have a strong grasp of grammar and spelling (fluency in English is required)
Attention to Detail: You can spot a copy-pasted review or a subtle policy violation quickly.
Good Judgment: You can differentiate between a critical review (which is allowed) and an abusive one (which is not).
Tech Savviness: You are comfortable learning new software tools and navigating admin dashboards.
Self-Motivated: You can work efficiently and stay focused on targets without constant supervision.
Education: Students or recent University graduates with no previous work experience.
