Requirements
You have successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree, ideally related to engineering, energy or business
You have several years of professional experience in sales or customer account management, ideally with complex, technically explained products such as building automation or energy management
You have a solid technical understanding and are motivated to deepen your knowledge of the digital value chain and complex interrelationships. You can clearly communicate benefits and advantages
You are interested in industry trends and new technologies and want to learn how to identify market potential and address customer needs in a targeted way
You have very good German language skills and good English skills to operate confidently in a diverse, including international, working environment
You present yourself confidently, with credibility and social competence. Customer focus, empathy and teamwork shape your behavior—you actively contribute to collaboration and find pragmatic solutions
