B2B new client acquisition: Actively identify and proactively approach potential new customers (outbound sales) in a strategic B2B environment with a focus on target groups such as corporates as large property owners, real estate funds, etc.
Sales strategy & growth: Actively help shape and implement the sales strategy and open up new business areas in coordination with sales management
Lead generation: Use appropriate sales and marketing tools for structured lead generation, qualification and follow-up
Proposal & negotiation management: Prepare tailored, target-group-appropriate proposals and independently conduct contract and price negotiations
Key account management: Continuously support, maintain and strategically expand existing customer relationships and key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Market & competitive analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market conditions, competitors and trends to inform the sales strategy
Travel & customer presence: Willingness to travel within Germany and neighboring countries; you will regularly be on-site with customers and attend trade shows and industry events, regardless of where your home base is located
Requirements
You have a successfully completed technical or commercial qualification or degree, ideally related to engineering, energy or business
You bring relevant experience in sales or active customer support, ideally in the context of technically complex B2B products such as building automation or energy management
You have a good technical understanding, are ready to quickly learn complex digital value chains, and can clearly communicate benefits and value
You demonstrate high initiative in acquisition, pursue leads in a structured and careful manner, and maintain a clear focus on unlocking market potential and closing deals
You are interested in industry trends and new technologies and can identify market opportunities and customer needs in a targeted way
You have very good German skills and good English skills to operate confidently in a diverse, including international, working environment
You present yourself professionally, confidently and customer-oriented, are a team player with empathy, and convince through strong argumentation and assertiveness
