You develop with Delphi 12 on an application with almost 9 million lines of code – always keeping quality in focus.
You implement user stories and perform bug analysis, maintenance, and the further development of existing components.
You work closely with colleagues from development, QA, and product management – following agile methods such as SCRUM and OKRs.
You are supported by Delphi specialists and continuously grow through pair programming, code reviews, and internal knowledge-sharing formats.

Professional experience developing with Embarcadero Delphi (RAD Studio 10 “Seattle” or higher)
Interest and perseverance to work into a large, mature codebase
Enjoyment in tackling complex problems
Self-directed and structured working style and high quality standards for your code
Team player, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for collaboration
Very good German language skills (at least C1)
