Confidently deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation, applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes.
Help mentor and coach a project team towards shared goals and outcomes
You’ll identify obstacles to ensure quality, improve our user experience and how we build tests

Have professional test engineering experience— we’re thinking at least 5 years
Expertise in specific automation frameworks (XCTest/XCUITest, Espresso, Playwright/Cypress) with the ability to write and maintain robust test suites across all platforms, including testing on real devices and considering version fragmentation.
Ability to design and build scalable automation frameworks, maintain clean code, implement best practices, and mentor junior teams in efficient automation strategies.
Capacity to validate not only the UI but also backend services using tools like Postman, understand CMS flows, content workflows, and request/response structures (JSON, HTTP).
Strength in test case design, test plans, and high-level exploratory testing; ability to validate role-based access, design standards (Material Design), localization and accessibility (WCAG/a11y).
Experience with CI/CD Integration ( Experience with GitHub Actions / Bitrise )
Proven experience building and maintaining web automation suites using modern frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
