You strengthen the company’s benchmarking expertise to further develop our consulting approach.
You support the expansion of existing client relationships and client acquisition in cooperation with the sales team.
You contribute your expertise to the development of project proposals and presentations.
Together with your project team, you develop strategies and solutions based on appropriate models for the optimal governance of our clients’ IT.
You work conceptually, especially on IT benchmarking, but also on developing IT strategies, designing a modern IT organization and other products in our portfolio.
You confidently guide IT benchmarking projects from goal definition to recommendations for action and implementation planning.
In doing so, you present project results to CIOs and executive boards and stand up to critical questioning.
You apply management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT with confidence.
You take on project responsibility in line with your qualifications and experience.
You monitor IT trends and bring your insights into the further development of our consulting products.
You always have an open ear for our clients and can identify and communicate new consulting needs.
You travel to build client relationships, for important milestones, and for interviews and workshops with our clients.
Requirements
You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
You have 5+ years of professional experience in strategic or operational IT consulting, or in a comparable IT line function.
You have relevant experience leading or executing IT benchmarking projects, ideally combined with certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2.
Ideally, you already have knowledge in IT controlling.
You are interested in cross-selling and upselling and can manage change requests in a process-safe and successful way.
You think entrepreneurially, analytically and solution-oriented.
You work pragmatically and proactively.
Native-level German skills (written and spoken) are required; good English skills are an advantage.
