Build trusted relationships throughout the business
Lead the design and development of organizational dashboards and reports
Assess strategy, approach, and deliverables as the business and industry evolve
Ensure quality, drive operational efficiency, and set priorities
Understand the entire data warehouse structure, available data, organizational KPIs, and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data visualization needs
Act as a data thought leader and trusted advisor to business customers
Translate requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports
Drive adoption of data visualization and reporting solutions through training and communication
Lead and manage the data visualization team, setting goals and providing guidance
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in visualizations

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
3-5 Years of experience
1-3 Years of Management Preferred
Experience with Snowflake, SSRS, and Tableau strongly preferred
Proficiency in SQL required
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms and data visualizations
