Deliver high quality solutions for customers and partners associated with the Finance-Human Resources portfolio.
Responsible for seeing projects through from initiation to delivery.
Responsible to plan and direct project schedules while managing budgets/resources.
Act as a liaison between the PMO and assigned Solution Managers.
Responsible for managing Releases through from initiation to delivery while coordinating responsible Solution Managers, technical employees, and functional personnel.
Interact with customers, stakeholders, partners, leadership, and strategic vendors to ensure an excellent experience while delivering technical solutions.
Represent the PMO to portfolio, client, and vendor personnel, ensuring that PMO processes and policies are followed.
Generate weekly reports complete with metrics showing the status of each assigned project/area of responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
Six years in Technical Project Management or Technology Management experience
Strong, broad technology background with understanding of IT industry best practices for Project Management
Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining productive working relationships
Proven success in leading multiple teams in a complex matrix organization
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Ability to demonstrate project planning
This job operates in a professional office environment
Must obtain PMP Certification or other recognized project management certification within the time frame specified by manager
Preferred: Experience in a global IT organization
Preferred: Scrum certifications
