You ensure the quality and proper functioning of the offices (service providers, maintenance, organization)
You are the primary point of contact for all questions related to the workspace
You take part in office layout and improvement projects
You directly contribute to creating memorable experiences for every employee: you coordinate onboarding to ensure a high-quality experience through preparation, welcome, and follow-up of new hires
You ensure a smooth and effective integration during the first weeks
You manage and run the Buddy program
You support employees throughout their journey, up to offboarding
You organize and host our key events (Welcome Breakfasts, after-work events, seminars, internal meetings)
You listen to employees and collect their feedback on wellbeing
You propose and coordinate initiatives related to quality of work life (QWL)
Requirements
You are a student in a business school, university, or equivalent
Previous experience (internship, student job, association) in HR, office management, events, or customer relations is a plus
You are dynamic, positive, and always ready to help
You are organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people
You are proactive: you propose ideas and take initiative
You have a customer-first mindset with a strong service orientation
You are comfortable speaking and writing in both French and English
