Act as the primary day-to-day client lead, building strong and trusted partnerships
Lead live projects and oversee integrated campaign delivery across channels
Translate client briefs into clear internal direction, ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, media and production
Manage project timelines, scopes, budgets and forecasts with rigour and accountability
Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality, timing and financial standards
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
Lead client meetings, presentations and quarterly reviews
Support Senior Account Directors in shaping long-term strategic direction
Oversee governance, compliance and risk management across accounts
Mentor and support junior team members to build capability and confidence
Requirements
Motivated, confident and multi-skilled Senior Account Manager
Experience managing integrated campaigns and client partnerships
Ability to mentor teammates and drive project delivery
Strong knowledge of pet care, fast food, and financial services industries
Proficient in brand and comms planning, brand and creative platform development, campaign creative and activation, social media content production, CRM, customer experience, and performance marketing
Rigorous project planning and management skills
Ensure deliverables meet quality, timing and financial standards
Ability to identify growth opportunities
