About this role

Designing and deploying ML models (recommender systems, classifiers, Generative AI)
Measuring the ROI of models in production and building business case presentations
Building CI/CD pipelines and working closely with Data Engineers
Deploying ML solutions in Vertex AI (GCP)
Managing project milestones and presenting progress and outcomes to leadership
Interacting with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
Presenting technical results and project outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible way

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
Strong specialization in Data Science with proven hands-on experience
Previous experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ideally Vertex AI
Expert in Python and SQL
Solid experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of Airflow and Terraform
Strong business acumen: ability to turn data into actionable business decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics simply and effectively
Experience with Generative AI in production settings is a strong plus
Proficiency in English mandatory (C1 minimum).
