About this role
Role Overview
Design and implement data models and pipelines on Snowflake using Snowpark and SQL
Build data-facing application layers using Streamlit (in Snowflake) or similar frameworks
Develop and iterate on greenfield product features across the AI Pod and Rights360 platforms
Work with Snowflake Cortex AI/ML services to support forecasting, profitability modelling, and agentic features
Contribute to real-time inventory and rights conflict detection capabilities (Rights360)
Collaborate closely with the shared tech lead across SOW #2 and SOW #3
Build with a production-ready, practical mindset — prioritising reliability and maintainability
Work across the full stack as needed — from data pipelines to user-facing dashboards
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational data.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, or solid experience with similar platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
Experience in data modelling and building scalable data pipelines.
Experience building data-facing applications using frameworks such as Streamlit, Dash, Flask, or similar.
Comfortable working across the stack, from data engineering to user-facing applications.
Practical, production-focused mindset with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, greenfield environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with Snowflake-native tools: Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowpark.
Interest or hands-on experience with GenAI patterns: RAG, LLMs, embeddings, or agentic workflows.
Background in media, content, or rights management data domains.
Experience with real-time or near-real-time data architectures.
