About this role
Role Overview
Provide high-quality technical support to end users on behalf of our clients.
Diagnose and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, networking) remotely for clients.
Provide user support, deliver training, and advise on IT best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, including maintaining and updating technical documentation.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science
Education/training in networks and systems
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE)
At least 3 years of experience in a user-facing IT support (Helpdesk) role
Excellent spoken and written French (C2)
Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2)
