Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
Challenge and refine requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
Analyze client's database to assess data availability
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to validate KPIs
Define visualizations and overall dashboard structure in Looker (using Miro or Figma)
Build or refine data model to support Looker’s data exploration (using BigQuery and dbt)
Develop LookML models for transforming and structuring data
Ensure flexibility for users to explore custom reports
Focus on usability and clear data presentation
Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance user experience
Write articles for knowledge-sharing and community engagement

Experience with enterprise-grade BI tools is required (Looker, Looker Studio)
Advanced knowledge of SQL is required
Google Cloud knowledge (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Function ...) is required
Good understanding of dbt
Good understanding of end-to-end pipeline design and implementation (ETL)
Experience with dbt and Git is required
Strong data visualization skills to convey information and results clearly
Attention to detail and quality with excellent problem-solving
Analytics and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both with colleagues and external stakeholders)
Fluent in English, French is a significant plus
