Provides high-level administrative and analytical support for the HCA/USF GME Affiliation and all educational resource deliverables under this affiliation.
Assists the Project Manager with academic coordination and scheduling, data tracking, drafting reports, and project execution.
Serves as a backup to ensure continuity of operations.
Assists in the administration and execution of the HCA/USF GME Affiliation Agreement.
Tracks deliverables, timelines, and compliance metrics across consortium programs.
Maintains familiarity with university, college, and accreditation policies and procedures to ensure alignment.
Requirements
Master’s degree in education or a field of study related to the academic program, or a Bachelor’s degree in those same fields with a minimum of two years of experience.
Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
Experience in undergraduate and/or graduate medical education.
Experience in higher ed academic environment, developing and administering academic programs and activities.
Management of multiple schedules and retreat planning is favorable.
