Maintain insight over timelines for customer pipeline and other team initiatives
Support of customer service issue resolution at center level
Partner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiatives
Plan and execute sales ramps that are aligned with the financial budget of Auto Glass Now centers
Responsible to strategically think of ways to grow, develop, and create sustainability of Auto Glass Now
Support new store openings by identifying fleet opportunities to drive sales activity and boost new store sales ramp
Account set up within POS system and store level training for specific fleet partner requirements
Direct liaison between fleet team and Auto Glass Now corporate staff
Ability to partner cross-functionally within Driven Brands with other corporate support partners like Billing, Analytics, Procurement etc. to maximize the fleet business
Travel 10-20%
Requirements
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interact in various social situations
Auto glass background preferred
Firm grasp of all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
Project Management knowledge
Creative and strategic thinker
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into timely, effective solutions
