Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor projects;
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor projects;
Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM;
Guide clients through Oracle delivered functionality and advise them on best practices;
Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients;
Work with peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them;
Develop end-user documentation and training materials, and deliver training;
Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis;
Work with and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Functional OTL Lead role;
Completion of at least 2 full OTL implementation projects as functional lead/SME;
Experience leading design sessions, creating requirements and design documents, and creating parallel testing strategy and approach;
Knowledge of Time & Labor processes;
Coordination with offshore or analyst team to communicate build requirements;
Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities;
Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Extra edge: Experience with additional modules (e.g., Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Absence, etc.);
Experience with Redwood;
Experience with multi-pillar implementations (including costing or projects in OTL);
Oracle Advanced Scheduler implementation experience or training;
Oracle certification.
