About this role
Role Overview
- Design, deploy and maintain IAM solutions tailored to business needs and security requirements
- Contribute to defining identity and access management policies (provisioning, authentication, entitlements)
- Integrate and configure IAM tools (IGA, SSO, MFA, etc.) in heterogeneous environments
- Provide expert-level support and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure and business teams to ensure compliance (GDPR, internal standards, etc.)
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning)
- Experience with IAM solutions (SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of IT environments (Active Directory, Azure AD, Linux/Windows)
- Analytical skills, rigor and autonomy
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science / Cybersecurity
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
