Support IT organizations through change — with a focus on cloud transformation and modern software development
Design, planning and implementation of transformation and change initiatives
Facilitation of workshops, training sessions and decision-making formats to align and advance teams and organizations
Taking on Product Owner–like responsibilities for internal or client platform initiatives — particularly discovery activities, vision and strategy work
Analysis of roles, processes and structures and development of new target models (organization, governance, operating models)
Methodological leadership in agile and hybrid working models
Direct client interaction — remote and on-site (approx. 40% travel)
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in organizational development, product management or comparable transformation roles
Deep understanding of modern IT organizations and change approaches
Experience with agile frameworks and product methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Product Owner role understanding)
Management and methodological competence, structured approach and analytical thinking
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
German C2, English C1
