About this role
Role Overview
Forecasting how many invitations we need to hit clinic booking targets.
Planning and scheduling multi‑channel invitation sends weeks in advance.
Modelling population reach and invite capacity for new clinic locations.
Maintaining recruitment and booking forecasts used across the organisation.
Supporting targeted re‑contact campaigns to boost engagement.
Optimising invitation timing, channel mix, and volumes to maximise bookings.
Monitoring daily booking performance and adjusting plans in real time.
Tracking invitation volumes across all channels and spotting gaps early.
Identifying underperforming clinics and recommending rapid corrective actions.
Updating invitation plans in response to pilots, partnerships, and new initiatives.
Building, validating, and quality‑checking invitation data files.
Managing secure file transfers and ensuring smooth processing with partners.
Monitoring response rates and triggering follow‑up sends when needed.
Automating repetitive workflows using Python, R, or SQL.
Creating and maintaining scripts that streamline data and reporting processes.
Documenting automated workflows and recommending tooling improvements.
Leading weekly cross‑team invitation planning meetings.
Working with analytics colleagues to feed performance insights into forecasts.
Supporting planning for expansion into devolved administrations.
Requirements
Experience using Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Proficient SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Omni.
Background in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or campaign scheduling.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with a daily operational cadence.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including leading cross‑team meetings.
Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous data‑validation habits.
Experience with geospatial analysis (e.g., PostGIS, GeoPandas, QGIS) would be helpful but not essential.
Exposure to healthcare, clinical trials, or participant recruitment environments would be helpful but not essential.
Understanding of behavioural science principles in communications would be helpful but not essential.
Experience building automated pipelines or workflow tools would be helpful but not essential.
