Help drive the acquisition of net new partnerships by bringing a product forward strategy to commercial discussions and GTM motions / sales cycles
Be accountable for the success of large partnerships where OnePay has made commitments across product, etc,
Be at the tip of the spear when it comes to bringing all of OnePay to bear in making key partnerships successful

10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance, with a focus on partnerships, business development, or channel strategy
Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive distribution and revenue growth
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver complex, partner-led solutions
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and deal structures
Deep understanding of the fintech and embedded finance landscape, including market trends and regulatory considerations
Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
Experience being ACCOUNTABLE for the success of large investments and / or resource commitments
Product forward mindset and deep product and technical knowledge
