The Account Manager is responsible for gaining a clear understanding of the existing client needs, develop and strengthen relationships while managing sourcing and production activities.
Works closely with Account Executive and/or Director on account strategies to increase the Company’s service offerings to generate more revenue.
Collaborates with Account Executive, Account Director and/or client to facilitate new sales opportunities while building client relationships.
Identifies areas for service and process improvement.
Requirements
10+ Years industry experience required.
Direct Client Support Experience, >$5MM in managed revenue
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel
