On boarding of new vendors including obtaining SOWs, agreements, NDAs and additional documentation as required.
Evaluate and perform due diligence and ongoing monitoring of potential and existing vendors.
Ensuring SLAs are consistently met or exceeded in accordance with contractual requirements.
Running daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure that title and closing turn times meet with client SLA’s.
Producing and delivering performance scorecards for operational processes.
Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly calls with key stakeholders to review performance, quality, turn times, score cards, and Corrective Action Plans.
Oversee vendor fulfillment to ensure remediation plans are appropriately tracked and completed.
Resolve disputes and manage escalations.
Ensure stakeholders/vendors are providing best in class customer service to clients and customers.
Build collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners to enhance the capacity and capabilities of the organization to identify and deliver consistent solutions.
Identify areas of improvements and locate vendors/solutions to enhance our product offerings.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience managing vendor/relationship management
3+ years of financial/mortgage/title experience preferred
Good understanding of title insurance and title clearing is required
