About this role
Role Overview
- Participate in implementing the operational marketing plan: promotional campaigns, field tools, and communication materials
- Conduct market analyses and competitive intelligence: data collection, trend monitoring, and benchmarking
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of tools for the sales force and healthcare professionals
- Monitor digital projects, CRM activities, email campaigns and track KPIs
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors (agencies, printers, suppliers)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: medical, regulatory and commercial
- Support the organization of medical congresses: logistical coordination, creation of promotional materials and on-site presence
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in pharmacy, marketing, life sciences or business school
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and/or rare diseases
- Solid analytical skills, rigor and ability to synthesize information
- Proactive, curious and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English
