You actively contribute new feature ideas to the team
You stand for code quality and ensure a clean, reliable and efficient codebase
You mentor and support our junior developers through hands-on collaboration and knowledge transfer
Participate in regular code reviews to promote team-wide learning and quality assurance

You have several years of development experience with Django/Python
Additional experience with React/React Native is a plus
You know Git inside out
