About this role
Role Overview
Own end-to-end forecasting and planning processes including company-level models and departmental budgets.
Lead strategic modeling in partnership with the VP of Finance and senior leadership.
Maintain and evolve the Drivetrain model architecture with emphasis on transparency and automation.
Deliver budget-to-actual analysis and KPI dashboards for accountability across functions.
Collaborate with Finance Ops Manager to streamline planning inputs and improve forecast hygiene.
Champion finance automation through self-serve dashboards and eliminating manual churn.
Requirements
5-8+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, payment/processing, or platform business models.
Proven track record owning company-wide planning cycles and operating models with multiple revenue streams.
Strong modeling skills (advanced Excel + experience with platforms such as Drivetrain or equivalent).
Experience with treasury or payments economics and scenario planning for complex business models.
Analytical mindset and ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations.
Comfortable building from scratch and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience enabling self-serve finance models and driving adoption of planning tools.
Executive presence to present to senior leadership and influence resource allocation.
