Operational implementation of digital fundraising and the organisation’s digital communication channels
Implementation of image and awareness campaigns across the entire customer/donor journey
Management and optimisation of performance campaigns (e.g., Google Ads)
Ownership of digital owned channels such as website, newsletter and social media
Analysis and optimisation of campaigns and donor journeys (tracking, KPIs, A/B testing)
Creation of audience‑appropriate content (text, image, video)
Management of external partners (agencies, service providers)
Close collaboration with Public Fundraising, Communications/Events and the programme team
Requirements
Completed education or further training in communication, marketing, fundraising or a related field
Experience in digital marketing, fundraising or communications (ideally in the non‑profit sector but not required)
Experience implementing campaigns and performance measures
Very good command of German and confident copywriting skills; good command of English
Ability to communicate complex issues simply, visually and directly; strong grasp of storytelling fundamentals
Experience with digital tools (CMS, social media, newsletters, tracking/analytics)
Analytical thinking and a good sense for target audiences and impact
Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style
Strong interest in international cooperation and global health
