Provide expert support to the Sales Area by guiding machine selection, application solutions, and pricing strategies
Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to analyse product performance and track competitor activity
Contribute to New Product Development by supporting early planning, customer validation, and new product introduction activities
Lead agreed strategic initiatives and special projects to support business development and order intake growth
Develop, maintain, and govern pricing strategies, standard specifications, and options to ensure profitability
Act as the main link between Sales Areas, Product Management, and Engineering by sharing data and insights
Monitor competitor activity and share insights with Product Lines and Sales Areas
Review monthly warranty reports and work with Technical Support to assess warranty claims
Provide input to Engineering and Product Management on product safety and improvements

Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience leading teams
Experience in complex, technical product environments
Strong safety‑first mindset and confident working in underground mining environments
Ability to communicate technical and commercial information clearly
Strong analytical capabilities, able to interpret performance data and identify trends
Proactive and solutions‑focused with sound judgement and strong problem‑solving skills
Strong digital capability, highly organised, and confident in supporting both technical and commercial activities
