+3 years experience in a role managing a team of software engineers
significant hands-on development experience in the app space
1+ years of experience working in the authentication and identity domain
understanding of authentication standards and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, WebAuthn, passkeys, MFA)
successfully coordinated and delivered large scale projects
ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment
capability to drive the delivery of projects and create roadmaps for future work
