8 to 10 years of client service experience
At least 5 years of direct experience in advertising client service and managing projects within an agency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in executing both traditional communications and digital media strategies
Experience in managing and leading internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at managing client budgets
