About this role
Role Overview
Ideate, develop, and release a specific short-form video series tailored for social platforms.
Assist in growing Twilio's developer audience through short-form video that educates and entertains developers on Twilio's platform (Content Creation).
Develop content concepts, outlines, and scripts for tutorials and explainers (Pre-Production).
Regularly appear on camera to deliver engaging technical content.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with developer needs.
Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to review final edits for clarity and quality.
Publish and maintain content across Twilio's developer channels and social platforms (Distribution).
Use analytics and feedback to learn and continuously improve your storytelling.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a Junior or Senior, preferably studying Computer Science, Communications, Film, or a related field.
Basic understanding of how to create and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Foundational knowledge of web-based technologies, including but not limited to APIs, and HTTP methods/requests.
Proficiency in at least one programming language of your choice.
Strong developer empathy and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Basic hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
Familiarity with tools for screen capture, livestreams, or recordings.
Experience working with Airtable or similar tools for content planning and production workflows.
