Role Overview
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant end‑to‑end finance processes and systems
- Provide functional and technical support for ERP, reporting, data integrations, and automation, including configuration and upgrades
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure stable operations and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain high‑quality documentation, data flows, mappings, and controls, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data quality standards
- Analyse end‑to‑end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, L2B) to identify optimisation and automation opportunities
- Support group consolidation and statutory reporting through data readiness and process alignment
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP upgrades, reporting enhancements, process changes, and user support
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance processes, systems, or data/process management
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, finance master data, reporting solutions, and data integrations
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot‑tables)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with automation or scripting tools (e.g. VBA, APEX, Copilot)
- Fluent English language skills (for collaboration with international colleagues)
