About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the dedicated legal partner for our Hungarian operations
- Oversee corporate, commercial and employment law matters
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide variety of commercial agreements
- Provide legal guidance on employment-related issues
- Ensure regulatory and competition law compliance within the organization
- Manage relationships with external counsel, as well as regional and group legal teams
- Lead and support local legal projects
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years experience
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law with a good understanding of employment law
- Experience collaborating with corporations and external counsel
- Independent, project-driven and able to take ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Driving licence is an advantage for in-country travels (up to 20%)
- Fluent English
