International Contract Manager

Role Overview

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts and proposals (German & English)
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements
• Communicating and negotiating with international suppliers and customers
• Interface management and collaboration with Legal and Sales teams
• Monitoring existing contracts, including deadlines and milestones
• Conducting risk analyses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Performing research activities
• Working with international partners, particularly in the Asian region
• Providing support on legal questions related to contracts and terms & conditions (T&Cs)

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Experience in international contract management
• Experience in Sales or commercial roles is a strong advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Analytical mindset and high degree of personal responsibility
• Knowledge of contract law or terms & conditions (T&Cs)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
