Conduct technical and functional discovery with the client and the Sales team.
Map processes and the customer journey for service and demand management, covering both pre
and post-sales.
Design the solution architecture within Octadesk: channels, routing, automations, bots, integrations, permissions, and data.
Define technical scope, assumptions, constraints, and risks to support proposals and timelines.
Support proof-of-concepts (POCs) when necessary, defining objective success criteria.
Lead the technical handoff between Sales and Onboarding, providing documentation and scope alignment.
Serve as the technical point of reference during implementation, removing blockers and mitigating risks.
Ensure quality standards: correct configuration, consistent flows, stable integrations, and operational readiness.
Drive go-live readiness and support initial stabilization.
Compile recurring feedback and customer-observed gaps for the Product team.
Propose repeatable solution patterns and best practices to accelerate deliveries.

Minimum of 5 years in roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer with implementation responsibility, or technical SaaS consulting.
Experience in projects involving integrations and automations.
Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in environments with multiple stakeholders.
