Conduct technical feasibility meetings with leads and existing clients, ensuring that all technical integration expectations are aligned;
Work closely with internal teams, especially Implementation, Sales, Customer Success and Product;
Understand client business model specifics and required integrations to implement Vindi solutions;
Perform API validations/tests to ensure the proper functioning of the integration flows proposed to clients;
Prepare technical documentation to support the client's understanding for integration with Vindi;
Provide technical support to internal teams when necessary.

Strong understanding of business scenarios and client profiles;
Organizational skills to manage multiple feasibility assessments simultaneously;
System-level thinking;
Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings;
Ability to prepare technical proposals;
Knowledge of REST APIs;
Experience with SaaS solutions;
Familiarity with Postman or similar tools;
Familiarity with Developer Portals (Dev Portal);
Experience with payment solutions/payment gateways;
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (VTEX, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.);
Willingness to learn.
