Provide support to franchisees through the Yungas platform;
Prepare and send communications to franchisees through the company’s communication channels;
Update the action calendar (trade shows, seasonal dates such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.), supporting campaign planning at points of sale (POS);
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for seasonal events;
Support the organization of internal events;
Keep materials on the platform up to date (training, presentations and other content);
Respond to contacts received via the marketing channel (mobile/website);
Support internal requests such as photo production, email signatures and institutional materials (e.g., T-shirts);
Assist in managing the welcome kit (inventory control, purchasing and assembly).
Requirements
Currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Proactive and eager to learn;
Basic knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft Office.
