Role Overview
- Drive delivery and operations for Enterprise Content Management platform
- Own the end-to-end technical design, development, and support of ECM/CP4BA solutions
- Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging ROSA, AWS services, and containerized workloads
- Lead platform upgrades, automation improvements, and environment stabilization efforts
- Guide solution decisions and advise on technical feasibility and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
- 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise technology roles
- Excellent communicator with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear guidance
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience acting as Developer, Architect, BSA, and Lead simultaneously
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
