Role Overview

• Professional from the CONTRACTED PARTY who acts as a servant leader, responsible for helping the Team organize to deliver better, removing impediments, and ensuring respect for Agile values and adherence to ceremonies.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (technologist, bachelor's, and/or postgraduate degrees — lato sensu or stricto sensu) in Information Technology.
• Professional experience in technical IT roles and experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Hold one of the certifications from the required certifications list. Accepted certifications for Scrum Master (only one required):

a) Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); b) Scrum.org: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO); c) EXIN: Agile Scrum Foundation, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Scrum Product Owner; d) PMI: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
