Provide support for global enterprise voice and data networks
Work with IT technology leaders, business partners and service providers to determine, deploy and enforce standards
Implement hardware and software life cycle management
Deliver technology leadership for hardware and software related to provisioning, allocation and support of servers, storage and networks
Provide technical support addressing operations, security, stability, and continuous improvements for network services

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
3 – 7 years of IT experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Network Systems Engineering
Advanced knowledge of network management tools
Current engineering level certifications on enterprise platforms
Experience working with global service providers is preferred
Active ITIL v3 certification preferred
Knowledge of parts logistics methodologies preferred
