Orchestrate the funnel metrics framework (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention → monetization), ensuring definitions, sources, cadence and reliability (Power BI/Tableau + Databricks) — to enable faster, more consistent decisions.
Lead and/or technically execute deep-dive analyses (cohort analysis, segmentation, elasticity, LTV, campaign lift), translating findings into clear recommendations and estimated impacts — to prioritize growth levers.
Build the data structure for new operations, from segmentation to tracking metrics.
Collaborate with channel planning, providing relevant business analyses, designing metrics, and monitoring historical performance.
Design and conduct A/B tests and controlled experiments (hypotheses, design, metrics, result interpretation, next steps) — to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
Perform lightweight statistical modeling and propensity scorecards (simple regressions, basic classifiers, business rules) focused on prioritizing leads/offers — to improve commercial efficiency and LTV.
Data quality and governance: define checks, validations and documentation of rules; work with engineering/BI to ensure integrity of sources and catalogs in Databricks — to reduce rework and analytical noise.
Executive storytelling: prepare dashboards/reads and present conclusions to management (coordination/management), connecting metrics to decisions (investment, product, channel) — to accelerate alignment and execution.
Interface with partners/vendors when required (no formal people management) — to raise the team's analytical capability.
Manage vendors and partners to improve implementation of tools and automations to streamline day-to-day operations with IT.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Business Administration or related fields.
Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, basic tuning) in Databricks.
Strong data wrangling skills.
BI/Data Visualization: Power BI / Tableau (data modeling, basic DAX/LOD, visualization best practices).
