Core responsibility is the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Xero's Atlassian platform
Manage environments, workflows, schemes, automations, and apps
Provide timely communication and coordination across teams
Engage with stakeholders to understand, document, and communicate processes and workflows
Support the Product Manager with delivery planning and backlog prioritization

Strong background in the Atlassian toolset, including Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management (JSM)
Strong, hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and solution delivery, ideally within Agile delivery teams
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills, translating objectives into clear, actionable requirements and success measures
Confidence in engaging with and managing senior stakeholders and vendors, leading through influence and managing priorities collaboratively
Proven capability in mentoring and leadership, helping to foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture
