Respond to support tickets as part of operational activities;
Monitor the client's operational journey;
Produce periodic reports on results achieved from implemented actions;
Actively operate and perform technical tasks focused on sustaining security solutions;
Perform vulnerability analyses;
Incident response;
Define and standardize procedures for data recovery and intrusion/incident response;
Continuously monitor company and client networks;
Map risks and implement security solutions for environments;
Implement cybersecurity tools;
Analyze emerging trends in data security;
Conduct failure and response testing;
Perform ongoing assessments and diagnostics of potential risks;
Assist clients with installing, operating, and updating virtual protection software and platforms;
Domestic and international travel for operational activities.
Requirements
Knowledge of operating systems;
Programming logic;
Computer networking;
Basic database querying;
Basic knowledge of application servers and database servers;
Virtualization;
Work based on IT Service Management methodology (ITIL);
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or technologist diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
Ability to perform data analysis and consolidation;
Availability for domestic and international travel;
Working knowledge of technical English or Spanish;
Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection (advantageous);
Knowledge of Web and Mobile development (advantageous).
