Continuously analyze occupancy curves and on-books to adjust rates with the goal of optimizing RevPAR, including analysis of group displacement and specific situations.
Analyze booking patterns and market trends.
Analyze distribution channels and their contribution to the hotel’s revenue mix.
Support the RFP process from the initial data gathering and outreach through to completing and evaluating received proposals.
Prepare forecast reports to visualize occupancy, ADR and revenue for short
and medium-term horizons (Weekly Forecast).
Close monthly AIG and RSI reports. Focus on hotel profitability, including analysis of each client’s net average daily rate.
Ensure analysis of internal and external reports to inform pricing and availability strategy. Recommend/approve occasional promotional actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
Experience in a revenue management role
Required knowledge of Omnibees, Excel, and extranets (Booking.com, Expedia, Decolar and Letsbook)
