Continuously analyze occupancy curves and on-the-books data to adjust rates aimed at optimizing RevPAR, including analysis of group displacement and ad-hoc situations.
Analyze booking patterns and market trends.
Analyze distribution channels and their contribution to the hotel's revenue mix.
Assist in the RFP process, from initial data collection and outreach to completing and evaluating received proposals.
Prepare forecast reports to project occupancy, ADR (average daily rate) and revenue in the short to medium term (Weekly Forecast).
Close monthly AIG and RSI reports. Focus on hotel profitability, including analysis of each client's net average daily rate.
Ensure analysis of internal and external reports to inform pricing and availability strategy. Recommend/approve targeted promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Experience in the role
Required knowledge of Omnibees, Excel, and extranet platforms such as Booking, Expedia, Decolar and Letsbook
