- Ensuring accurate billing, collections, and reimbursement processes
- Directing and supervising activities of the billing team
- Developing work priorities for assigned supervisors and staff
- Reviewing billing reports and collections to meet quality assurance metrics
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing issues
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School/GED
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum Work Experience: Three years of revenue cycle experience
