About this role

Establish clear, transparent cost structures for cost-center controlling
Handle invoices and ensure correct allocation in DATEV and Lucanet
Identify and challenge deviations in forecasts and budgets
Support month-end closings and ensure controlling processes are followed
Review existing workflows and contribute your own ideas for optimization
Act as a sparring partner for business units, Finance and external partners on commercial/economic questions

2–4 years of experience in controlling or an accounting-related environment
Strong business and financial understanding, especially in forecasting, budget planning and cost-center controlling
Attention to detail and the ability to think holistically
Analytical strength, pattern recognition and the ability to derive meaningful recommendations
Clear and concise communication; comfortable working across departments
Confident user of Excel and ideally experienced with Power BI, Lucanet and DATEV or comparable BI/ERP systems
