Lead and develop a team of account executives and account managers and guide client messaging and packaging
Be the voice of the customer for internal product development and strategic decision-making efforts
For select marquee clients, be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service
Work with the implementation team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
Liaison between the customer and internal teams as well as external partners
Be the client-facing lead on sales calls and finalist presentations
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study, or equivalent work experience, required
MBA, MPH, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred
5+ years of progressive account management leadership experience leading account-facing personnel required
Successful account management experience in healthcare
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization required
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
